Brent & Chase

own Livian Select and City of Trees Real Estate. Together they have sold over 5500 properties totaling over $2 billion in real estate which helped them develop systems geared towards scaling. In early 2023 they forged a partnership with Gary Keller and Adam Hergenrother and created Livian Select, a partner company with Livian. Together Brent and Chase effectively help agents and teams tap into Livian back end operations. They have taken their years of business building experience and paired it with Livian to add rocket fuel to existing real estate businesses.   

Brent Hanson

was born and raised in Boise Idaho. He dove into real estate in 2014 and joined forces with Keller Williams in late 2015. By 2018 Brent was #3 in the Boise Market Center and #17 in the region. He also regularly chops it up with agents like Ryan Serhant from Million Dollar Listing New York and Barbara Corcoran from Shark Tank. Brent’s ability to see and apply models, understand the consumer interpretation of a brand, and create a culture driven environment are just a few reasons his team has flourished in a highly competitive market. 

Brent's desire for structure spills over into his personal life. He never misses his weekly date night with his beautiful wife Angie or his weekly breakfast dates with each of his children Aniston and Ridge. His family is passionate about natural health, outdoor activities and improving their life skills. He is a Veteran of the US Air Force where his training taught him the value of integrity and hard work. 

Chase Craig

is a Real Estate Professional, Investor, and Business owner with a proven track record of repositioning real estate assets, delivering quality tenant experiences, and obtaining consistent returns to investment partners. He has experience acquiring properties, managing renovations, raising private capital, as well as managing single and multifamily investment properties.

In 2011, Chase started Own Boise, a real estate team serving the booming Boise area. He has built that company to consistently serve over 175 families with their real estate needs per year. During his time as a real estate professional, Chase was named by Realtor Magazine as the top 30 real estate agents under the age of 30 in 2011 out of over a million other Realtors and was given the highest honor by the Boise Regional Realtors in 2014 - Realtor of The Year. Chase started Advance Coaching in 2016 which is a coaching company that has helped thousands of real estate professionals.
